Les founded KSR with Richard Solomon and has been responsible for many award-winning designs including Pavilion Apartments and Phillimore Square.
He specialises in the masterplanning of large residential developments, and enjoys creating innovative solutions for challenging sites. His thoughtful approach to design enables him to challenge preconceptions and optimise efficiency.
Les’s passions include aviation, metalwork and sculpture, all of which influence his designs. He has designed and constructed his family house on a difficult restricted infill site in Islington.
Shirley has a First Class Honours degree in Interior Architecture and a Masters in Interior Design. With 15 years of working in the world of luxury residential, Shirley is always up-to-date on the current design and material trends that influence modern living in this sector.
Her all-around capabilities have seen her create and develop luxury interiors for private clients in the UK, Switzerland and Nigeria from conception to completion, covering design, project management and budgeting.
Originally from Hong Kong, she has lived, studied and worked in the UK for over 25 years.
Away from the office, Shirley enjoys walking, baking and travelling.

Paula studied at ETSA Malaga University in Spain, Politechnika Poznanska in Poznan, and at UNC Charlotte, North Carolina, US. As an avid traveler Paula has also worked for practices in Budapest, Malaga and London before KSR. Outside work, Paula enjoys hiking, graphic design, illustration and making fresh pasta.
Born and raised in Australia, Isabelle decided to follow her big dream and live in London. Isabelle has a degree in Advertising & Media and Communication from Queensland University of Technology, and has brought her skillset to the front desk of KSR, where she enjoys being around architects and designers.
Isabelle loves live music shows, travelling, trying different foods from around the world and yoga.
Keelin completed her Part 1 in South Africa, where she graduated at the University of Witwatersrand. Keelin has a passion for well-detailed, minimalistic and sustainable architecture. She draws on a neutral palette and natural light to enhance spaces.
Paige completed her Part I at The University of Manchester and Part II/ III at Cardiff University. She has combined her love for travel and Architecture by working in Tokyo and Dubai as well as across the UK.
With her move to London, she is excited to see what the city has to offer allowing for her experiences to influence her designs.
Originally from Yorkshire, Eddie found his passion for the built environment whilst studying 3D design at college. From there he went on to study Interior Architecture and Design (BA Hons) at Nottingham Trent. After graduating in 2018 he started his career In London as an Interior Architect, with an immediate focus on high end residential projects.
Eddie’s passion for architecture is exemplified through his photography which focuses on the simplistic beauty of architectural details, shot in a monochrome & minimalistic style.
As well as his love for photography, Eddie finds enjoyment in various aspects of technology, experimenting with cooking, and drinking strong coffee.
Oliver completed his Part 1 at Oxford Brookes University and is soon off to complete his Part 2 in Sheffield. After living in Yorkshire he is excited to be starting off his life-long career in architecture with KSR. He is eager to learn in the expansive urban environment of London and its myriad of cultural identities to evolve his perception of architecture. Between work he harnesses his experiences to conceptual art of dystopian possibilities infused from his observations surrounding sustainability.
Following a career with the National Health Service, Garvan began his architectural studies as a mature student and it was this knowledge of the healthcare industry that led him into the field of healthcare architecture following the completion of his RIBA Part I.
During his post graduate studies, he developed a passion for the relationship between architecture, society and the built environment. Upon completion of his RIBA Part II, he won a national student competition held by The London Festival of Architecture and was awarded a placement within the design team working on the Nine Elms development at Battersea. It was from here that he was able to develop his architectural skills in the fields of hospitality and the public realm.
Shaghayegh has a Bachelor Degree in architecture from Azad University of Tehran and has completed her Masters in Architecture from University of Westminster in 2019.
She is a thoughtful and versatile designer with strong creative skills who particularly enjoys problem solving and taking on new challenges.
In her free time, Shaghayegh enjoys playing the violin and creating craftwork
