We have a number of high end bespoke residential projects in UK and abroad which are in technical stages and are looking for someone to join our busy thriving team. The role will be ideal for someone who is looking to advance their career.
We are seeking a qualified architect with excellent Revit and strong technical skills, with 5+ years UK experience including work on high end residential projects. Applicants must demonstrate good technical and construction knowledge and familiarity with regulations. Strong design and communication skills are important, along with attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Revit protocols and content are maintained efficiently and effectively across KSR and will balance this with providing support for projects in technical stages.
The candidate should provide evidence of complex and detailed parametric Revit families, technical documentation produced in Revit, and any exemplar used of Revit and/or Revit plugins.

Confident, outgoing and well-presented receptionist, with office experience, required to join busy architectural practice in Camden. Applicants should be able to demonstrate an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills. Salary is dependent on experience, with benefits available. Commencing July/August 2021. The role can be adapted to suit individual strengths and skills, however core responsibilities are:
Reception
• First point of contact, creating positive impression of the practice. Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors appropriately.
• Answer incoming calls, managing queries and forwarding/taking messages, as necessary.
• Manage new project enquiries, taking notes with attention to detail.
• Manage meeting rooms, organising catering for meetings and office events. Including the set up and clearings of meetings and the kitchen area.
• Ensure the meeting rooms, reception area and general office space is always tidy and presentable.
• Distribute incoming post and process miscellaneous items appropriately.
• Ensure outgoing post is franked and ready for collection.
• Taxi/courier ordering, as well as travel booking when required (flights, hotels, visas).
• Stationery, general supply ordering and stock keeping of the office.
• Ensure all visitors and staff adhere to the company’s Covid-19 guidelines, hand sanitization and wearing of masks in meeting rooms.
Office Admin Support
• PA support to all partners.
• Secretarial support for other staff members.
• Assisting Interior Design procurement and logistics.
• Architectural document management.
• Managing inhouse CPD programme.
• PR/marketing support for social media.
• HR support assisting with recruitment.
The key skills required for this role are:
• Excellent people skills – friendly and enthusiastic and a good team player.
• Computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Methodical approach, with good attention to detail.
• Ability to work proactively/autonomously.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
