The existing dilapidated house on the corner site of 66 Woodside Park Road in the North London Borough of Barnet will be demolished to make way for the contextually designed development of a 9-unit apartment building comprising a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units for the private market. The proposal provides 3 pitched roof gable ended masses which seek to anchor the corner of Woodside Park Road and Woodside Avenue in relation to the other 3 and 4 storey apartment blocks on the opposite corners.
